How do you handle attribution? How can I tell if Retain is really driving the sale?

Your ecommerce platform shows which orders were influenced by Retain emails. We track time since the last order, which messages were received, UTM data, and whether customers bought the products Retain recommended. During your pilot, you also get reporting that compares Retain to control groups and your existing flows — so you can confidently prove the impact.

How do you count conversions?

Many platforms call a click a conversion. We don’t. Retain only counts a conversion when a customer actually places an order as a result of our outreach. Our focus is revenue, not clicks. That distinction matters when comparing Retain results to benchmarks or your own data.

I already send tons of emails. Why would I want more?

The example emails look like templates. Can’t I already do that in Klaviyo?
